Kerry Marsh is a political professional providing direct mail, messaging, and marketing services for Republican clients nationwide since 2006. In 2011, she served as the New Hampshire state director for the Rick Perry for President Campaign and then in 2015 as the New Hampshire state director for CARLY for America.

A native of Meriden, NH she became politically active while a student at Keene State College and restarted the College Republicans chapter there. She volunteered on campaigns for president and state senate, and was on the executive board of the NH Young Republicans. In 2003, she was elected Cheshire County Republican chairman at age 21, the youngest in state history.

After graduating summa cum laude from KSC with a degree in Economics, Kerry joined the NH House of Representatives’ Majority Office staff working as a Legislative Assistant to Speaker Gene G. Chandler. While there, she helped coordinate whip activities, authored weekly position papers, monitored House committees and key pieces of legislation, and organized candidate support for 368 candidates for NH House. In 2007, Kerry was elected to the first of two terms as the Chairman of the New Hampshire Young Republicans (2007-2011). In that position, she spearheaded the effort to elect nearly 40 Republicans under 40 to county, state and federal offices.

Her service has earned her state and national recognition. In 2003 she earned the NH Young Republicans’ Gipper award for her active involvement in campaigns for candidates for US Senate and state senate. At the 2009 Young Republican National Federation Convention, she was appointed as Chairman of the YRNF Campaign Committee which focused on deploying Young Republicans across the country to key races in targeted states. Kerry was also named one of the top forty most influential Republicans in New Hampshire in the July 2009 issue of Politics magazine, the leading national publication for campaign professionals.

Kerry served two terms as the Chairman of the Concord Republican City Committee and served on the Executive Board of the New Hampshire Republican State Committee. She currently serves on the Union Leader Corporation Board of Directors.

A lover of the outdoors, Kerry’s interests include skiing, fly fishing, kayaking, and gardening at her 1890’s home in Concord.

Chuck McGee is a nationally recognized direct-mail professional, with over thirty years of campaign experience. He has worked with campaigns, committees and organizations from coast-to-coast.

Chuck has served as a state level GOP Executive Director and worked for conservative organizations including the National Right to Work Committee.

From 2007 to 2008 he wrote, designed and produced the entire $4.7 million national voter contact mail campaign for Ron Paul for President. Chuck later worked with the Rick Perry for President campaign and the Carly Fiorina Super-PAC.

In 2020 he led the team that defeated two sitting Democratic Speakers of the House – Mitzi Johnson (VT) and Nick Mattiello (RI).

Chuck’s passion is working with the grassroots of the party, including county and city GOP committees and state level candidates to deliver voter contact messaging that packs a punch. He’s been awarded the prestigious Reed Award by Campaigns and Elections.

A Marine Corp veteran, he holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Community Development from the University of New Hampshire, is married with four children, sits on the Board of Directors of New Hampshire’s Catholic camps, and is active with both the Knights of Columbus and Cub Scout Pack 90.

A graduate of the University of Notre Dame and the Graduate School of Public Affairs at American University, Christine has quickly become a GOP direct mail expert during her three cycles with Spectrum Action. Christine’s work has led to the West Virginia House PAC securing a GOP supermajority for the first time in the state’s history, the defeat of a very popular Democratic House Speaker in Vermont in 2020, the election of the country’s youngest African-American to a state office (West Virginia) as well as Connecticut’s only GOP pickups the past two cycles. After graduating with her Masters in Political Science, Christine spent many years working in Washington DC studying under some of our country’s top fundraisers and political strategists. She has been active in both College Republicans, her local Republican Party, and the economic development and revitalization of her rural NH community. Born and raised in the Midwest, Christine moved to New Hampshire with her husband in 2016 and recently became a mom for the first time. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, cooking, and traveling to visit family in both Chicago and central Pennsylvania.

Joe was first elected to the New Hampshire House in the November 2012 elections at the age of 18. While serving in the legislature, Joe graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor’s in Political Science in May of 2016 and completed his Master’s in Public Policy from the Carsey School of Public Policy in May of 2018.

Joe joined the New Hampshire Republican State Committee (NHGOP) as Deputy Political Director in 2017, becoming the Communications Director in 2018 before serving as the Executive Director in 2021.

Joe left the NHGOP in 2022 to manage State Senate President Chuck Morse’s campaign for United States Senate.
